We run one of your real multi-logic desks on IBM Heron r2 with QPC. You keep the metric and the data. We keep the Runtime. After 90 days you have public-grade job IDs and a joint readout. You become the reference that opens quantum polycontextural computing for your industry.

What you bring: desk names, scores, constraints, and one success metric.

What QPC brings: mapping, circuit build, submit, and a two-lane report (architecture on raw counts, industry ranking on the same job). Circuit synthesis stays with QPC.

90-day fixed scope

Weeks 1–2. Qualify fit, light NDA, freeze one desk and one metric
Weeks 3–5. Desk Spec workshop: business content (JSON/CSV). QPC compiles.
Weeks 6–8. Coupled job and separable control on IBM Heron r2 (Kingston default; Aquila when the desk asks for atoms)
Weeks 9–12. Joint readout. Optional named case study

You approve the Desk Spec. QPC runs it.

Your engineers approve a Desk Spec (business JSON/CSV). QPC compiles and runs privately on IBM Heron r2. You receive the job IDs and the ranking.
